Define IT
When you are ready to invest in your business, the first step is to work together to clearly define what is needed from every vantage point:
-
Business: What are the goals, objectives, and outcomes that describe why a change has been initiated?
-
Stakeholder: Who has a stake in the project and what must be met in order to achieve the business requirements?
-
Functional: What behavior and information must the solution manage?
-
Non-functional: What are the conditions under which a solution must remain effective or qualities that a solution must have?
-
Transition: What conditions must be met to facilitate transition from the current state to the future state, but which are not needed once the change is complete?
You will receive a Requirements document - everything that is needed to proceed with designing the Solution and an estimate to Design & Plan the project.
Investment: $222 (regardless of how long it takes)

-
The hardware, software and/or hosting providers are selected.
-
The tasks required to deliver the solution are identified.
-
The time to complete those tasks is estimated.
